This podcast with Dr Edith Ubuntu reminded me of a poem that I have stuck in my bedroom "The Guesthouse" by the great Sufi poet RUMI 💫🍃 THANKu Charles for an amazing podcast yet again.

This was the opening set for a new Friday night Ecstatic Dance so was super high vibes. The dance floor was packed even with all the space surrounding. The community was stoked to start dancing again! Some went from the sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge directly into the dance.  Some danced around the fire pit overlooking the ocean and star lit night. All got down and sweaty.
