Meeting an another Ecstatic Dance Community and sharing moments of ecstasy, pure presence and high vibrations.
Acknowledging the global dance community that we are and even realizing universe is a constant dance and we align with it once we drop everything and dance!

Musical aspect of this set is based on states of trans of trance through different kind of genres such as funk, balkan,  glitch, trance and Sufi devotional music. As it says in the middle of set; trance is not only music, it is state of mind, state of human being.

This is a session of dance for shaking and dropping all the stories and coming back to self healing and self recognition.

This was the set from a really beautiful weave with Yoga Teacher Laurie Boilard in the second floor of a re-modelled barn. A blend of various genres, primarily organic beats, uplifting vocals and some downtempo. A real range, but oh so sweet. I love making yoga sets, they pull on my more chilled/slower vibes to contrast some really fast and wild sets as of late. It really ranges into some groovy periods and back into some slower, calmer energy to give that space a yoga flow needs to move, rest, integrate and alllluvvvitttt <3

Balance Yoga Set -Organic Beats, Uplifting Vocals, Downtempo

We had a very special and intimate Rooftop class at Sunset, atop the Von Designs building in Denver.  I really enjoyed collaborating with Cher and meeting some new Yogis.  After class, we all went downstairs and feasted on some delightful food and wine prepared by Chef Robert Mattoch, using ingredients from the Von Designs rooftop garden.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to class, to Jordan Vaughn for hosting this event, Chef Rob for feeding our bellies, and to the lovely Cher Aslor for bringing your delicate, loving energy to class and for being such a thoughtful teacher and all around awesome person!  :)
