This is about loneliness and tells a story about how cool sometimes it can be to just stay alone and be by yourself

If you want to chill out a bit, stop and think about how you are doing this can help to boost this vibe. First time we tried some synthwave to mix with our regular pop-punk genre. 
This song is forged under the heavy and tragic things that've been happening to us recently, when first we were oppressed and our mouths had been shut by the government, and then when the war raged and we had to relocate and thus be separated from each other. The lyrics demonstrate all our inner feelings and how hard it is, when you can't cry, should hide you tears and carry your life as a burden.

Last Christmas

Juvenile is a new song that we, Charles Mellow,  managed to release after almost 4 years of silence. 

Initially, the song was written back in 2015 and firstly was called "Fathers And Sons", dedicated to a world-famous novel of Russian classic literature author Turgenev, with its original name - "Fathers And Sons". Stephan came up with the idea to create a song about it. "After reading with a book you may notice that regardless that it was written in the 1860s the theme is still actual today. Unavoidable disputes between generations always exist and will be with us forever. Our fathers always want to teach us being stuck in the past, while we - their sons and daughters - pretend to show off, rebel and never admit their point of view". 

Since we took a break, the song was set aside for some time. And after returning back with a bunch of fresh ideas we understood the song needed some improvements.  Thus we ended up with an idea to reflect on our dad's stories and tell more about their pasts when they were Juvenile. And we had also changed the original arrangement of the song and made it sound more trendy.

Grey and heavy sky of East European country of Belarus pressed by a hopeless and poor music community forged CHARLES MELLOW as a band that tried to destroy all that negatively stereotypical stuff in their dreaming lyrics and atmospheric ambience in music.
Led by their passion and belief in something more than just music, truly guided by the fact that by music a band or an  author can make some dramatically immense differences in one's attitude to the world, society and relationship, CHARLES MELLOW started crafting their first songs "Closer To Kids" and "Denali". Commencing with poetic lyrics the band tried to combine atmospheric sound with heavy rhythmic guitars inspired by U2, Story Of The Year, Secret and Whisper, Saosin, The Naked and Famous and etc. 
After releasing a couple of more singles (among which was "Shaman" with a hugely creative lyric video) CHARLES MELLOW gave a successful try for A-ha cover for "Take On Me", which was the best cover song in Belarus in 2015, the band was presented with a Belarusian Music Award for that song. 
Later on CHARLES MELLOW released their first album called "Iris" with such heated songs like "Home Sweet Home" (plus official video), "Ghost", "Gold Rush", "All About Us" (plus official lyric video).
Unfortunately severe conditions of life in Belarus made things happen so that the band was struggling with getting enough income to live and release more music. And this fact forced some band members to search for other places to relocate. Based in the city of Brest some band members left for the Belarusian capital Minsk, their frontmen set course for Canada which hasn't happened yet. CHARLES MELLOW plunged into a state of silent whisperings and inactivity without any updates for fans... 
In 2019 the silence was finally broken with the Christmas cover for "Last Christmas". And in the dawn of 2020 the band releases the first single in 4 years called "Juvenile".
