Partant d'une bonne intention et Dunkerquois depuis toujours, c'est avec bienveillance et bonté que je me suis lancé dans la réalisation d'un remix aux sonorités afro avec percussions de deux musiques traditionnelles. J'avais déjà créé un remix en 2014 mais amateur à l'époque qui plaisait néanmoins lors de sa diffusion pendant les avant-bals... 
Mon idée était d'innover et de faire évoluer le Carnaval : on connait déjà le remix de Joe Dassin "Les yeux d'Emilie" version tambours et fifres... D'être un précurseur et de mettre ma pierre à l'édifice ! Il faut savoir également que la majorité des musiques actuelles de Carnaval sont des remixe issus de versions anciennes du début du siècle si je ne m'abuse. Je voulais par cela faire le trait d'union entre les jeunes et les plus anciennes générations pour que tout cela perdure!
