This is actually a track me and my mate Josh were working on years ago, i think at the time this was produced it was around 2013!! It was a track that we never got round to releasing (unsure why) and i feel it would be a shame for it to forever sit on my pc never to be heard again! So enjoy :)

We Are Lost - Jdee & Charlie Barton

Charlie teams up with the talented Idle (Online name) to start off a new era for Charlie's music. This track was composed by both Idle and Charlie, working together over 15 hours with nothing but a piano and Logic Pro to create the song and record the lyrics. 

The idea behind the song is that we all suffer with self-doubt to some degree, and only once we overcome that fear of failure can we believe in ourselves and achieve anything!

Description: This song is about how in life we juggle so much (Jobs, tasks, social lives, responsibilities etc) and we pretend to be in control but really we are all just riding this wave and trying to survive. The song also touches on the mental side of how when your plate is fully stacked with jobs, how this struggle is felt.

Hi, I'm Charlie Barton and I'm 29 from Milton Keynes, England. My main hobby is Streaming on Twitch (Fowl_Play_Gaming) but have always enjoyed writing music. 

My music varies hugely in both genre and quality. I'm completely self taught in writing music, singing and editing skills, so the farther you go back in my songs expect to see more rough edges! 

For me music is a conduit for expression and although my songs have never been the best, I've loved creating and sharing every one and wouldn't change a thing!
