A little tribute to one of my heroes.
Today the world lost a one hell of a unique soul.
So much learned from this man (although I wish I'd learned a little more guitar haha)
I remember thinking in middle school/early high school, that one day Prince would pass, and I'd do an epic guitar tribute to him.
It may not be as epic as I dreamed, but it's me keeping my word to myself and I'm proud of it. I dont even play guitar like I should haha.

This came from a transitional time in life. Sean was redefining and fine tuning his sounds but from my POV, he was changing. It took me a while to get used to it because I was such a hardcore fan of his earlier work. The progression wasn't as obvious at first because it was so different. I was moved enough to write a rap verse letter to him, but I lost his email address.
