We all have low points in our lives, and the thought of not knowing what horrors tomorrow will bring whilst being buried in the depths of today is a frightening thing. Something very important to all of us is to find an anchor, to keep us steady in adversity, and a buoy, to help us see above the crashing waves and towards a better future.

Damn forgot how beautiful the older songs were

beneath the waves is a world mostly undiscovered, it teeths with a huge bounty of life and colour - it's mesmerising. though, these shores are more shallow than i expected, but these deep gashes in the ocean floor seem to grant entry to caverns far deeper below.. i hope i can handle the pressure.

mental health wise i wish i could say i was fine, but i could feel so much better for someone who just finished a project that was in the works for 18 months.
