Here's my first attempt at Disclosure's BeHoward Twitch comp, now on it's 8th edition. Went for a chilled plums version and funky Tom Misch middle 8 vibe.

Used the new template from Guy, mapped out Ultrabeat for the first time, sidechained synths, ESP and Monark bass, Disclosure sinesss (edited), hand clap studio, big kick, high violin, swing C and tape hiss.
Ran out of time with plenty to tweak still as I'm currently on the wrong timezone.

Disclosure BeHoward-8 comp (first entry)

Second submission and first attempt at making anything remotely UK Garage. Had a blast and took me right back to my youth. Implemented a lot of learnings from the Disclosure livestreams and feedback from the Discord. Wanted to finish this one quickly with a baby due this weekend!

Back once again for the rene-dad masters. 13 is my favourite number so couldn't miss out on another week. Lots of new toys to play with and running my new 2021 template for the first time.

Disclosure Comp - Be Howard 13

After months of following all the competitions and breakdowns I finally managed to catch a stream live (at 4am) and loved that Guy put together a beat in 7/8. Went for a chilled beach-vibe kinda track knowing that he's moving to Miami. Great challenge once again and loved putting this together in the time I had. Would have loved to put some vocals on this and played with the arp but still pleased with the ideas. Also sneaked a fade-out in ;)
