I’m feeling raw, I’m feeling untouched and unloved
I feel unsure, I feel so cold that I’ve been burned
I’m feeling down at the bottom of the bottle, drowning in the last few sips
My hand’s stuck tugging on the throttle, the gas ran out on the last trip

And I don’t mind this sick feeling cause the raw’s always the same
It pushed itself inside and I’m the only one to blame

Below Bougeois, a dark and dirty state of mind

I’ve got a few bad habits, that I can’t seem to shake
And I’ve got way too many thoughts poisoning my brain
and I’ve got 18 months to 30, wishing my whole life away

I’ve got a mouth that causes problems when I open it
And I’ve got good intentions but they never seem to stick
I’ve got a list a mile long of all the things that I regret….

And I’ve been drinking too much lately, I’ve been smoking and I’m on the upswing
I’ve been dancing with the devil, and I know that only leads to one thing

Ghost Of You

Vancouver-based Charlie PS has a sound that can be described as a sonic melting pot. Inspired by a wide variety of rock and blues legends of the 20th century such as Stevie Nicks and Ann Wilson, Charlie borrows elements of strong vocals and energetic riffs and uses them to create her own blended sound rooted in modern-rock.
