this is an example to demonstrate how your brain processing audio information. 
Use headphones and listen with just the left ear
then listen with just the right ear
you will notice that the volume is constant and the same for each ear
then put headphones on both ears and listen. 
The noise will sound like it is moving, but not because one ear is louder than the other.
