This song is one of the most emotional pieces I’ve ever written, because it came from a place that doesn’t happen often in life — that moment when someone makes you feel something deeper than you ever expected. It’s about the kind of connection that hits you in your bones, not just your heart. The kind you don’t plan, you don’t chase, you don’t force… it just happens, and suddenly your whole world feels different.

It’s the feeling of someone’s presence calming your storms without even trying.
The way a single touch can silence a whole lifetime of noise.
The way their energy gives you a strength you didn’t know you had.

This song carries that truth — that sometimes one person can awaken you in ways you never imagined.
They don’t need perfect words, grand gestures, or promises…
their being alone brings out the courage in you.

Writing this, I tapped into that fire inside me — the kind of bravery that comes only from feeling deeply for someone. It’s vulnerable, it’s powerful, it’s terrifying, and it’s beautiful all at the same time. It’s that moment when you realise you’re not just living… you’re finally alive again.

This song is my heart admitting that love can be strength.
Love can be armour.
Love can be oxygen.
Love can be the reason you rise, the reason you heal, the reason you feel like the best version of yourself.

“Strength In Your Touch” is the confession of what someone meant to me — even if they never fully knew it.
It’s that spark, that fire, that breath someone gives you simply by loving you in the way only they can.

This track is me saying:
“You changed me. You made me stronger. You made me braver. You made me feel alive.”

And that’s the truth behind every melody, every lyric, every beat.
