I wrote Panic Attack based on my thoughts and sensations during my own panic attacks. Mine came from having health anxiety. The story based music video which I directed myself really portrays this.

The music video is out on 13th April when you will also be able to pre-save the track. The track itself is out on 1st May.

Panic Attack

'Important To Me' is all about following your own path and not letting others judge you because you didn't follow the crowd. It was written from past experiences with people who used to be in my life and judged me for doing something completely different to the 'done thing'.
