"My perception of trees kept evolving with the years. As a child I saw them as houses, providing food and shelter to many living species. Then I learned at school that trees remove carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide from the atmosphere also reducing outdoor temperature… The Salt of the Earth from Sebastião Salgado (2014) and the Instituto Terra had also a great influence on me. Adding to this, a trip to Amazonia in the same year, and finally the first 9 months of lockdown which I spent in Minas Gerais’s nature made me consider that planting a tree is probably one of the most noble things a human can do in their lifetime.

Agami records SEED1 Campaign is dedicated to trees and reforestation. 100% of the money made through the release of this track will go directly to reforestation initiatives for life.

www.futuronativo.org is responsible for allocating the money to different partner initiatives / indigenous villages in the Brazilian Amazon. Currently the two partner villages Agami is working with are Shukuvena village, (Yawanawa) and Pinuya village, (Huni Kuin). Both of these Indigenous villages have active reforestation initiatives and all money made from SEED1 clicks, streams and downloads will go to them.

Some months ago, I finished “Sebat” with a young and talented music producer and tree-lover from Istanbul, it then seemed like the right thing to dedicate this track to Agami Records SEED1 campaign. The bird you can hear is called “Japu” and was recorded in Minas Gerais. I hope you will like this track as much as I do :)"

A Russian who is using SoundCloud since 2013 (it wasn't blocked back then in Russia btw and I wasn't supposed to be drafted thanks to that old fuck Putin!). Over the last 12 years I've hoarded on music, genres and artists and I'm glad to share fruits of my efforts with you. I do my best to avoid trashing my feed so you are welcome. I would appreciate much if you tap follow. (You are always free to tap it back.)

The genres that I'm huge fun of are: #synth / #synthwave / #electronic / #sci-fi / #space / #ambient / #epic / #cinematic / #instrumental / #cello / etc. (excluding modern pops of course). I often share OSTs from movies and games. You can visit my playlists to find out more about my kind of music.
Before 2018 I used to collect music into different playlists based on genre and vibes. But as of 2018 I mostly publish mixed playlists consisting of songs of different genres so take my apologies. There is little to no time on my hands to dig up more (life is short!). These playlists often include synth and some other genres mixed in so don't wonder. I still find them pretty good.

If I don't, well, the life isn't perfect. I don't share controversial things. It's also obvious that I can't share music from third-party services, but I would love to check them out anyway. I also may send some of your works to some popular YT channels if I find them worth it.

Charlotte is a composer, solo artist, and guitarist who initially came to prominence as guitarist and backing vocalist for alternative rock band Ash. After leaving Ash in 2006, she recorded and performed extensively with artists including Bryan Ferry, Bat For Lashes, KT Tunstall, Birdy, and NZCA Lines. Her fourth solo album, True Love, was released earlier this year, inspired by her love of science fiction, the album tells the story of Traveller, a heartbroken alien searching for love. 

With a focused drive to develop her craft beyond her artist and performing career, Charlotte collaborated with fellow sci-fi obsessive and acclaimed director and film designer Gavin Rothery, creating an ethereal soundscape for his short film ‘The Last Man’. 

She has also written the music for the Stella Feehily play ‘This May Hurt A Bit’ directed by Max Stafford-Clark, and has collaborated with the European Space Agency on their visual content and live events.
