This song started its life as a poem I wrote in 1996. Producer Jon Buckley took reigns of the composition and arrangement around 2014 and struggled to get me to sing it, as I was quite sure I wouldn't be able to deliver the goods. However, after much coaxing and patience, we nailed the final take in April 2015. 

Suicide Suburbs

Producer Jon Buckley and I wrote this track together. For anyone who has ever loved beyond the realms of time and reality, Heart Stops Beating will make perfect sense.

Thanks to my husband being an ace producer, I've been able to record a few tracks. I co-wrote a few of them but some were written by very talented South African songwriters. Listen and enjoy!
