Description: It's a composition with the sounds produced by microorganisms which produce so-called natural wine in the wine-makers’ vat. You will hear the juxtaposition of different parts of the fermentation process: Saccharomyces cerevisae (and other yeasts) transforming sugar into alcohol, Lauconostoc Oenos (and other bacteria) transforming malic acid into lactic acid (and perhaps others still).

Enregistrement réalisé par Denis Chartier en forêt amazonienne (Haut Rio Jordao, Acre, Brasil),  le 15 juillet 2023 lors d'une mission de recherche-création du programme Tari Ibiranai. Chant et Mythe chanté et raconté par Iba Isaias Sales (chercheur et artiste Huni Kuin).
