This is a fun track I made a couple years ago using a sample from the beginning of a track called "Waste My Time" by Mest. Not too creative but was a fun thing to work on.

Wasting Time

This is one I did a couple years ago. "Roll The Track" was one of, if not the, first UK hardcore tracks I ever heard and it was what made me want to find out what kind of genre this was, and want to listen to more of it. It's always been a really important track to me, and I wanted to do a remix to pay respect to it.

Scott Brown - Roll The Track (Chasers Remix)

I loved the original and Gammer's remix of this track by JD-KiD, so I decided to try to do sort of a remix-of-a-remix of it. It's pretty much just trying to add a melody on to Gammer's idea, so not really the most original idea I ever had obviously, but I had fun with this one and I thought it turned out alright.

Again with the "Mae" sampling, and also starting out like wanting to sound like Cube::Hard again. This originally had a more creative chord progression, but I tried to keep it simple and it turned out pretty decently I think. One of my friends told me this track has inspired them to create some stuff, and I think that's really neat.

Say Anything

If you aren't aware, Patrice Wilson is the guy behind the universally-panned songs like "Friday" by Rebecca Black, and "Chinese Food" by whoever that girl is. I was browsing through his youtube channel and came across this original track he did, and something about it actually stuck with me. I was listening to a lot of Squad-E at the time, and thought I'd give this remix my best imitation. In particular, I was trying to sound like "Never Leave You (Squad-E Remix)".

Patrice Wilson - Happy (Chasers Remix)

"Mae" is one of my favorite bands, so any chance to sample or reference them, I try to take advantage of. I was messing around with some chords and ended up thinking of this sample, building a song around it, and it turned out pretty well I think.

You've Already Captured Me

This was originally a track on my 2012 EP on my old alias, and I decided it might be fun to try to update it. I always felt the old one was pretty poor sounding, but had some good ideas, so I tried to address that a bit. It's essentially the same track but I tried to clean up the sound a little. At the time, the original one of this was probably the most heartfelt track I ever made.

Wish (2015)

In some ways I think this is my favorite track that I did. The production quality isn't that great in some ways, but I just had so much fun working on it and seeing it come to life as my ideas came together.

Toward The Sky

One of the few attempts at Freeform Hardcore that I ever tried to do. I don't really know much about the genre, but I thought I made something kinda neat here regardless. The first drop in particular always felt like it was missing something, but I think the 2nd drop redeems it in a way with the throwback sound.

Interrobang

This was originally going to be my last hardcore track at the time, but through the process of finishing the track and some positive encouragement I got from friends, I didn't feel like calling it quits just then after all. Someone in particular I used to look up to told me that this was my best track, so that was very flattering at the time. I like the high energy in this one.

Ethereal

Autumn and Kishuni are two really cool people I've met from talking to on twitter, and they posted a clip of this track some time ago. Something about it really got stuck in my head, and after a little while I asked them if I could remix it, and they said sure. This ended up being released on a free EP with the original.

Drew is my cousin, and I heard his cover with Ashley and something inspired me to want to do a remix of it. This one is really reminiscent of my older stuff, and I used a lot of the same ideas as "Lost".

Ashley Morgan & Drew Tablak - Chandelier (Chasers Remix)

Yay osu! I was honored when they chose to use this song for their contest, and it is now featured in their default list of songs. Super awesome stuff. The track itself was pretty much just me wanting to make a bit of a throwback style sound, and it was the first track I released as "Chasers".

Lost

I originally made this in 2011 but tried to touch it up a year later. It uses a melody I got from a sample pack, didn't realize it was actually from the Ferry Corsten track (never really listened to too much electronic music before 2007 or so). I also threw in NASA samples a couple years before it was cool. :P

Another old one I forgot to upload yesterday, this was done in 2012 with the same friend that helped me with "Post Script", the dubstep section was pretty much all his idea. I love the original from beatmaniaIIDX and this was a fun, if simple, remix to do.

This was a collaboration between myself (back in the Moogl3 days) and a real talented guy named .nebula (formerly AndyXP). I just came across this project again the other day while looking through an old hard drive and remembered that I had never actually released it, so I thought it might be kinda fun to try to remaster it and finally put it out. 

It's obviously very 'dated' sounding now but I think it's kind of a neat example of the type of stuff I was making back in 2011-2012 with that sorta "classic" ukhc sound, the space themes/samples, etc.

if you've been following for a while you may remember I did a remix of this in 2012. I did an update in 2014 and put a clip on twitter but never released it. decided to give it a bit of a re-touch and a remaster today and put it out here. hope you enjoy.
