014. FATHER, I STRETCH MY HANDS TO THEE (INTRO)

This was actually one of the first tracks I did for this project, back when i didn't even have any motifs planned out. I wanted it to have more of a samba feel, with hints of bossa nova, and I really liked the composition I did for it. The hardest part was adding Mettaton's motifs, but aside from that, it was very fun to work on this one.

A little insight on Underrated's name.
The meaning is not Underrated as in = "Not valuable or rated highly enough" 
but "Rated" in the context of content/film ratings. 

The meaning behind it is very odd and abstract. Teenage me thought it is interesting for some reason.

You can also interpret it as an abstract aberration of the word "Undertale" which holds no actual meaning.
