I was digging through some vintage PSA videos on YouTube and found this gem of an intro. It sparked something and turned that moment into this beat.

I remixed a song. Frenkie liked it and gave me a vinyl.

Futuro.

There was a pervasive need for this beat somewhere deep within my unconscious mind, so I don't really have an explanation for this one. I made a beat. I saw the image. I named it 'Reality'.

Reality.

The sample caught my ear while I was playing LA Noire and I just had to do something about it. This is the end result of that moment of illumination.

This one's dedicated to Chet Baker, who is one of my favorite jazz artists and an all time great.

One of my first trips into lo-fi. I've been dwelling there ever since.

The idea behind the tape was to craft six instrumentals where each of the tracks would represent a different meal, thus describing a day in the life of yours truly:

1. breakfast (beat name ''You know'')
2. snack one (''Stilo Libero'')
3. lunch (''When the shit hits the fan'')
4. snack two (''Let's take things slow'') 
5. dinner (''Gervais'')
6. midnight snack (''Wait for it'')

We'll see how the project evolves, but for the time being, enjoy the raw, unmastered version of the tape.
