When I created Solo, I wanted to bring back the traditional love song. I was raised on R&b groups like The Four Tops and The Temptations. They sang about the cliches; holding hands, romancing, and the most important part, how your partner makes you feel. These are elements I feel are lost in today's hip-hop love songs.
