Hi everyone,

As much as I regret to say this, I won't be participating in the Soundclown community anymore. 

With recent abuse on various Soundclown servers, I cannot continue to push out meme remixes or mashups anymore. So long everyone. It's been a good ride. I've met some truly amazing people, but my time here has ended and I can no longer be associated with toxicity.

The issue here is that someone joked about some drama and called it autism. Little did they know I actually have Autism myself, and they wasn't remorseful about joking about mental health one bit. And it was someone I looked up to in the community. I actually feel disgusted that people are this toxic that they aren't open-minded or remorseful. 

Thanks for being judgmental and I hope one day you realise your actions. Just because you're on the internet, it doesn't mean you can be a complete wazzock and be verbally abusive to someone who has to suffer from trolls, hatred, and this internal pain daily. I wake up every day feeling like shit, and I'm too scared to meet people in person. 

I used SoundClown as a way to escape my life because of my social issues, looks like I cannot even manage that.

Thanks for everything you guys have done. I will truly miss all of you.

It's time for me to move onto better things. I've outgrown this. I'm tired of drama-filled communities and hopefully, with any luck, I won't have to deal with toxic people ever again.

I don't think I'll ever come back here, it's too toxic. You all are talented people though. :)

So Long Soundclown Community -  Last Call

Mockipedia Profile:

Cheese, the time-travelling humanoid, was a Soundclown artist. This alien being was prolific in making mashups & memes in 2016 onwards. 

Cheese released mashups such as "September Power", "Hot Gardens" & "Life Is Taking On Me". Racking up more viewers than a Senior Bowl. Later in the year making music videos that was subject to copyright strikes by Universal Music Group (UMG)

He then received a lot of scrutiny when he eventually ended his career in June 2018 due to psychological issues. 

This included fears of receiving copyright notices from huge conglomerates threatening legal action. In which they call "Article 13". Memes are not illegal, they are a form of fair use & parody. The European Union don't understand this and continue their ancient ways. Many creators have protested against this.

Whereabouts of his location is unknown, but rumour has it, he still sends memes to his friends and refuses to acknowledge existence of Soundclown. Perhaps his clone has a more sinister plan...
