We just want to make you dance!

Chelmsford Underground is bringing the underground sounds of house and techno to our beloved City. Inspired by the vibes of London, Berlin, Detroit, Chicago and Ibiza our residents, and specially selected guests, work tirelessly to track down the best beats and the greatest rhythms and bring them straight to our dancefloor.

House and techno has the power to transcend divides of race, sexuality, class or beliefs. It brings people together through a communal experience. A celebration of freedom. An escape from everyday life and a moment to release stress and anxiety. A place where you can socialise with friends or find a spot of solitude on a busy dancefloor to just dance and totally lose yourself in music. It’s a utopian world where everyone is the same. No segregation, no VIP areas, no table service…. Just a dancefloor, a soundsystem and some mighty fine dance music
