On a time of discoveries and new experiences, certain time an ape decide to taste that weird thing that grew out of nowhere known until that moment. 

Mono Dopado represents an evolutive journey from monkey to modern human in a different perspective. Starts calmly, the ape is developing tools to acquire knowledge and walks through discovery, learning how to acquire knowledge, experiencing a whole new set of sounds leading to revelation, which can be affected by an external but positive and heacy lohic.

PSYKINETIC is undeniably talented and devoted to his music and started to DJ back in 1988 when raves just started to get established. With over 30 years DJ-ing and involvement in the party scene Neil’s passion and respect for music is clearly reflected and evident through his unique and creative style of mixing and track selection.  

He plays each of his sets straight from the heart with passion, energy, skill and affection that instantly builds an intense and uplifting connection with any crowd. (Ultimately getting them all going nuts!!) Some of his influences include The Prodigy, Moby, Leftfield, Massive Attack, Jean-Michelle-Jare, Raja Ram,  Astrix, 1200 Mics, Krunch, Timelock, Sonic Species, Outsiders, Tristan and Avalon  which are just a few to mention.

Neil’s inspiring journey has resulted in him playing out all styles of electronic music from hard house to break beat but has always had a passion for progressive/ Full-On Psytrance.

In 2000 he became a resident DJ under the umbrella of Antiworld UK/Ibiza, Psy-Gate and Psychedelic Academy and played alongside internationally recognized artists such as, Astrix & Friends, Infecting the UK (Infected Mushroom) Skazi in Concert (Rock & Rave), T.I.P Records Tour at venues such as the 02 arena in front of 1000’s. 

After Antiworld closed its curtains in 2009 he then moved on to be resident for PSYCHOLOGY based in Norwich UK and runs the Psychedelic Stage at SYMMETRY FESTIVAL UK.

Alongside heavy weight festivals such as GLASTONBURY, BOOM TOWN, ILLUMINAUGHTY, DANCE GATHERING UK and UNIVERSO PARELELLO FESTIVAL 14 & 15 in Brazil.

PSYKINETIC regularly guests various different underground parties in the UK such as PSYMERA, COHESION, ILLUSIOM, BOOGIE WOOGIE, ELEXIR OF LIFE, SECRET SOMA and BUTTERFLY EFFECT  to name a few.

Derived from the word 'Chiaroscuro' a term used in art to describe the the contrasting of dark and light colours, ultimately giving the piece 3 dimensions.  Chiaro brings the light and the dark together with droning ominous soundscapes, robotic sounds, organic textures and heavy rolling basslines.
