An idea from a recording machine that I bought some time ago with which I go out to record some sounds of the city. This song was created from recordings of the Berlin subway, especially doors and platforms. Many of the recorded sounds are part of drums and drone sounds.

This song is a improvisation and was made with the elektron digitakt. Some samples are based in the default samples of the machine and the vocals are based from loopcrate (youtube). The drumm line was inspired from Tear drop from Massive attack.

A subtle touch of delay from the Flashback pedal to the external synths adds depth and dimension to the mix, enhancing the overall texture. The entire live session is mixed on the Digitakt and captured on the Tascam DR-40.
