I made “Bwoy” as a high-energy, genre-blending dancefloor weapon that pulls Caribbean influence into my trap and electronic sound. Inspired by dancehall attitude and sound system culture, it runs at 150 BPM with a heavy low-end thump designed to make crowds move, grind, and bounce hard.

The track is built around a thick, rolling bassline and a driving 4/4 kick and snare. The vocal sample is the core element. Where I pitched and twisted them, cutting clean through the mix.

Sound design and dynamics were key. I used arpeggiated synths and layered effects to build tension before snapping into gritty, melodic drops that bring intensity while letting the bass breathe. I wanted “Bwoy” to carry a dark, exotic edge that balancing rasta-inspired energy. It’s a tribute and a reinvention; blending trap, dubstep, reggae, and EDM into something bold, polished, and built for massive sound systems.
