Quite excited to finally release the first track from Part 2 of my album! This one is a little collab I cooked up with my fellow Gravitas Recordings homie Soulular, based in Los Angeles. We went deep, exploring the more melodic side of bass music with a psychedelic twist. Quicky edit/flip of an old P@UL S1M0N classic. I love the original tune and the words he sings within. There's a lovely kind of 'fuck-it' style optimism to them. The whole sentiment of the tune seems to apply more than ever today, decades later. I was moved to tinker around with it in the midst of recording songs for my upcoming album.
