Hi, I have a new single out today! It is called "Start Where You Are" and I play all of the instruments including vocals/lyrics.
I have really been enjoying the 1-man-band process, starting with an improvisation on a single instrument. This one began with Rhodes electric piano. Then I edit the improvisation into an arrangement and start adding parts one at a time. On many of these songs I attempt a vocal and then quickly delete it. I am my own harshest critic when it comes to my singing and lyrics. Well, this tune is an exception, the vocal worked and I added a stack of vocal harmonies. I really like how this one turned out, hope you do to. Thanks for listening!
