One of the biggest albums to come out of the west coast bass music scene in 2013 was undoubtedly David Starfire's Ascend, which blended the multi-faceted producer's penchant for Eastern melodies, tribal beats, bhangra, reggae, dub, and glitch. Packed with a murderer's row of talented musicians, the follow-up package of Ascend Remixes is equally bursting with talent.

Today's premieres come from two of the fastest growing luminaries in the transformational scene. Govinda pumps up the bounce quotient with his take on "Indian Summer," injecting the tune with playful whomps and a sturdy kick.

Australian sensation Kalya Scintilla takes a transcendent approach to "Electrify Me," decorating the delicate soundscape with earthy textures that surround and penetrate. The light, airy tune takes on accoutrements like a sacred audio altar. The result is a powerful perfume that awakens the senses.

Characterized with a deep atmosphere and solid groove, Kliment's sound lifts up the crowd into an emotional journey on the dance floor. His last album is a subtle research from the depths of techno to the aerial of psychedelic, coming out for the renowned Zenon records label after many years of releases and gigs into the world progressive trance scene. Living in Sofia (Bulgaria), he is often involved in movie productions as music composer and/or sound engineer - audio for 3d video mapping projections, music for contemporary dance performances, movie score, which gives him a wide musical background.

Silent Garden

Very humbled and honored to be a part of my good friend Amin Payne’s fresh LP ’Saffron’!
A couple of months ago, we both went on a journey to Bhutan and Nepal, playing our music out and collaborating with local musicians in Thimphu. Some of the best days of my life!
I got to hear these tracks being played out there, and i’ve honestly anticipated this album more than any other since.
This blend of ethnic and exotic sounds through the lands of Turkey, India and the Arab Nations, is insanely well put together, and on a personal note, has awakened my love to these countries and their music for good.
This collaboration naturally had to come on top of the things we got to experience, and i’m very proud of what we’ve done here.
