Who’s That Girl?  

An SOS call from a friend in Malaysia asking us to 'look out' for his artist, a singer/song writer, wanting to do some gigs in the UK. Obliged, we were ready and armed with the Flava Flav line "Can't do nuttin' for ya 'mam'"(creative license) the dreaded meeting happened. Disarmed and charmed we agreed to sign her straight away to the newly formed Area Boy Music.  In such a short life, Dasha has already 'lived' and has a 'soul' story to tell, adding the required, great 'voice', personality and beauty she fits perfectly with her sole label mate Paul Johnson - one old one new.

Simply known as Dasha, Dasha Logan is a 26 year old singer who has been singing professionally for the past 8 years, she started a love affair at the tender age of 4 when she fell in love with performing after touring with her father. Daughter of legendary Loganathan from the Alleycats, she has been exposed to the scene and lifestyle from a very early age and been passionate about it and developing her craft every since.

Intr0beatz, a turntablist at heart, started off as the beat producer for Icelandic hip-hop group Forgotten Lores in the late '90s. As time passed by, he transitioned from his early hip-hop roots to explore a fusion of chill-out, deep house, funk, and hip-hop in his 2011 release, "Half Time" on Möller Records. This marked a significant shift in his production style, leading him to delve further into house music, drawing inspiration from the jazz, funk, and soul elements that influenced the golden age of hip-hop.

We are thrilled to host his latest release, "The Sounds That Heal"; a collection meticulously crafted tracks to nourish the soul. Each track resonates with emotion, boasting percussion that stands as the epitome of solid house, while instrumentals enrich the experience with genuine sincerity. 

"The Sounds That Heal" has a playful bass-line that dances on the border between acidity and fluidity. Alongside an addictive rhythm, coupled with the spaciousness of his synths, intr0beatz explores what goes beyond the ordinary, offering healing sounds that linger.
