Today, number 37 in our podcast series arrived with this time Cheyenne Loen taking over. 

Growing up listening and playing a wide range of different kind of instruments and music, the Rotterdam based Cheyenne created a natural long lasting love for the piano. With the large variety of influences, she came more to the conclusion that the essence in music is more about listening and getting a certain feeling with it.

Over time her interest in DJ'ing and it aspects continued more and more. The true kickstart was an unexpected spontaneous booking in Club Nyx after getting discovered at an afterparty. 

With her recently being heavenly influenced by the higher speed hypnotic rhythmic sound, and a sister where she shares the same passion with, she keeps exploring and digging even more into her sound in this podcast, with the goal in mind of creating one coherent mix for you all.

I am Cheyenne Loen, who embarked on my DJ journey in 2023, though my encounter with techno began in 2016. My festival debut also took place in 2023, at the paardenrave stage during the Blijdorp Festival. Despite my limited experience, I was given the opportunity to share my passion. Nowadays, my focus lies mainly on crafting podcasts and honing sets at home, aiming to return to the stage with even greater knowledge and skills. The set I’ve curated for you features tracks from producers I greatly admire, with rhythmic, tempo, dark, and minimal beats.
