This would be the first beat I ever made on the mpc2000xl, so its a little bit of a throwback joint. Before that I was using the ASR10 + mpc60. I spent 3 weeks making the beat while I taught myself how to use the machine. I didn't use any filters because I didnt know how at that point, so its just rawness.
