If everything suddenly changed – what would that be like? German house producer Qnete aka Marvin Uhde has been quite active in the past couple of years, with numerous EPs released on Drowned Records, ZCKR and Lobster Theremin. He's at it again with "If Everything Suddenly Changed", his new delivery on Wake Up! Records. According to the press release, all tracks were recorded "within a short period of time" and "straight to tape, raw and improvised", which is something you can definitely hear throughout the EP. The title track featured here is a good example of it, with its warm analog sound, organic synths, and crisp electronic percussion. House music at its best, need!
