Originally made for a bday as well as repurposed for WNDR, i wanted to try having this follow a theme of both having all of your best friends around you and, of course, celebrating something special with them. for the first 4 tracks i wanted to set the mood by having low rumbling and atmospheric vibes in order to relax and chill everyone out. after said dub techno tracks are a few jazz and micro house tracks to lighten the mood as well as fill the room with a sweet warm feeling, and a few tracks from an artist who really sends shivers down your spine as well as a warmth in your heart. and lastly a track from one of my very first WNDR events, a track that means a lot to me and as such it felt fitting to include it. as always thank you for making this event special and i hope you enjoy this set as much as i enjoyed mixing it. setlist will be on my twitter over at chickywashere. as always stay tuned for more.

Chicky's Travel Log 1:
Even for an experienced traveler, leaving home is never easy. While i have dreamed of going to far away places and meeting wonderful people, I never thought how hard it would be to say goodbye. Yet as I look on I am happy to have somewhere I atleast was able to call home regardless of what all happened. Atleast one thing is for certain, no matter where I go, theres no place like home. Keep traveling friends but dont forget where you came from.

Hello! My name is chicky aka chickywashere. Ive been mixing mostly chill stuff for more than a year now. I typically enjoy more dubby and atmospherics as you can probably see from this and my other sets I have made. WNDR is my little side project ive made alongside my second ever live dj set! I originally started it as an event for me to play dub techno but with it being over a year old i have brought many smaller and larger DJs to play at my events. Ive been fleshing it out for a little while now however due to life stuff there is still much work to be done. I am very open to working with other people so feel to message me!
