Christian Nielsen has never been one for musical pigeonholes, but with his new ‘Pull Up’ EP on Pets Recordings, the Danish producer takes that ethos to its logical extreme. Two tracks. Two distinct moods. One cohesive, club-ready package. 

Made not in some plush Berlin bunker but in the most democratic of studios - his kitchen, after the kids were asleep - the limited time and space, allowed Christian to focus on what really matters - the groove, the vibe, and making every sound count. 

The title track, ‘Pull Up’, is pure peak-time propulsion: raw, rhythmic rap vocals locked tight to a driving, big room chassis, built for the kind of dancefloor moments when the energy shifts from simmer to boil. 

“I wanted to create something that feels both nostalgic and fresh,” Nielsen says. “The idea was to capture that spontaneous energy you get when unexpected elements collide in the right way.”

Infectiously groovy, his unique take on Tech House is inspired in equal measures by Ibiza sunrise sessions as it is by twisted after-hours parties in London backrooms. This distinct flavour has earned him widespread recognition within the scene leading to releases on the likes of Lost Recordings, ALiVE, Troupe Records, and VIVa MUSiC.

Previously Latmun’s track ‘Who’s That’ featured on Detlef’s mix for the ‘VIVa Warriors Season 4’ mix compilation where it found support from many heavyweights in the scene and became one of the best selling tracks to be released on VIVa MUSiC in 2015. It is with great pleasure then that we welcome Latmun back, this time to VIVa LIMITED, with a full 6 track EP set to shake dancefloors around the globe from Birmingham to BPM!

Now he is back with two original tracks! On the flipside we have a remix by the duo Luca Secco & Craftkind and another one by No Rules.Bak2Bak is heavy house groover with a solid bassline, cool drums and some trumpet action in the breaks. Luca Secco, another member of the Chief family, teamed up with Craftkind to create a solid remix. Their remix has a heavy stomp and contains cool synth stabs.Next we have Detonate, has an old school flavor with some  spot on stabs.
