Isatta Sheriff and Koralle join forces on ‘Eat The Kiwi Skin’ - six tracks that unite the talents of the East London MC and the Bologna-based beat smith. Their first collabo ‘Laid Back’ gained 2,5 Mio. streams to date. Even though the music is made in Italy, ‘Eat The Kiwi Skin’ is a London sumting. ‘Window Thoughts – Beat Edit’ is the second of six beat edits. Koralle flipped the original instrumentals in a unique way for the beat lovers. 

Isatta’s track record includes collabos with Flying Lotus, Oddisee, Arrested Development and Athletic Progression. She is hosting a radio show, runs her own label Doctored Sound and works as a music writer. Koralle is one of the most in demand European beatmakers with a sound rooted in jazz and boom-bap. Since signing with MPM in 2019, he has released three albums and accumulated more than 30 million streams.

Like a four-headed human drum machine, Bokoya improvise, shape, and develop beats in the electric field of repetition and variation. It's impossible to put a tag on Bokoya's music. BADBADNOTGOOD, Dilla, Krautrock, Ambient and dub might work as rough reference points for the music but don't do it justice. After a sling of releases on Wadada Records, Bokoya are now signed to Melting Pot Music. “Städterboy” is their fourth and final single before the release of their album “Hausensession” on October 14th.

“Hausensession” will be available as digital album and Gatefold 2LP.

LA MC Kid Abstrakt drops fourth single ‘Believe’ from his forthcoming album ‘Still Dreaming’ (05.05. LP & digital) on Melting Pot Music. Featuring LA-based singer Hvmble. 

Kid Abstrakt represents the jazzy 90s rap sound like no other in 2023. Not only on the Westcoast but internationally, Kid Abs is keeping the legacy of A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul & Pharcyde alive and relevant by using it as a source of inspiration to tell his own story. 

Born in LA to a Brazilian mother and a Nicaraguan father, Kid Abstrakt started out as part of local trio Revolutionary Rhythm before releasing his first album ‘Daydreaming’ in 2017, produced by The Deli from Austin, Texas. With a growing fanbase overseas Kid Abstrakt started working with producers and bands like Cap Kendricks (Germany), Emapea (Poland) and Jazzbois (Hungary).

‘Still Dreaming’ is entirely produced by Leo Low Pass from Amsterdam. Leo's signature sound of jazzy boom-bap and lofi beats provides the perfect backdrop for Abs positive and skillful rhymes.
