Here's my mix from The Listening Party's 2nd Birthday Party @ Top Yard! 

Prior to this mix I was feeling quite dissatisfied with what I've recently been coming up with. I realised that this was due to letting too many different factors influence my selection including the pressure of what I believed people wanted me to play. Coming into this mix I set only one expectation for myself and it was to have a good time with it. This shift in my thinking allowed me to put together the most fun set I've ever played! So have a listen, sing along if you know the words and let me know if you dig it! 🤟

The inspiration for this track came from the voice samples of my 4yo niece and Cymatic's King of Beats contest 2020 melody samples. I found a combination that just seemed to work together and then decided to make this wacky track. I mapped her voice onto the EXS24 synth and had lots of fun with it. I tried to convey her silliness and mischievousness through the track. Hope you enjoy it.
