Sexstacy - Loving the unna mable

Dear Sir/Madam/Beautiful person :D,

Due to the high number of people affected by drug & alcohol abuse, violence, crime, sexual abuse, physical illness, depression- often leading to self harm or suicide, anxiety, emotional imbalances, and unhappy relationships I aim to do something to solve these problems.

I see that if people have any unhappiness in themselves (hold anger & negative emotions inside their body, brain & subconscious), or are unhappy about any area of their practical living situation they are more likely to treat themselves and others in destructive ways as a result of this. 

As people learn to deal with their emotions & external practical situations more rightly they feel better about themselves, then naturally treat themselves & others in a more healthy way (give up harmful habits, take up a more healthy diet, exercise, creative hobbies, healthy relationships etc.)

Young people are the next generation so if these problems are to be solved that is a good place to start (Though it is of benefit to people of all ages, & the more healthy older role models the better). Hopefully this information can be introduced into schools and other education systems (At an age parents & teachers see appropriate).

In schools there are a lot of subjects taught including sex education (which teaches about sexually transmitted diseases & wearing protection etc. which is necessary) but there is no subject teaching the practical process of how to grow to higher states of love within oneself, in ones relationships, attract more loving partners & how to make physical love, so people are often left confused & in the dark. 

This is one of the most important subjects & the lack of genuine practical information given about it causes many problems in our society. Teachers & parents often do not know what to do about it, as they were never taught genuine information about it either.

Young people often learn about relationships & sex through the internet (porn & other media which teaches very little about genuine love), or through older friends who also do not know about love (often abusing alcohol at parties which clouds their perception, then making unhealthy decisions about who they sleep with).

Over the years I have observed many of the affects unhealthy relationships have on people. After being used in poor sexual experiences or in unhealthy relationships girls & women often get low self esteem, depression, start drinking more, taking drugs more, suffer emotional & mental illness, eating disorders etc. The same can be said for guys as well as becoming more violent (which is also becoming more common in women as you would probably see in the school yards & nightclubs etc. around you).

Included is an MP3/CD (listen on computer, MP3 or DVD player) with audio talks teaching scientifically proven techniques to get rid of anger & negative emotions stored as tension in the physical body, brain & subconscious (The Start meditating now talk, the Me the void of absence talk, & the Seeing through death talk also helps people deal with death more healthily).
