do you know of anyone just like me?

text to voice messages from loved ones. my sister and my biological mother decided they would text me 24 hours apart saying they will not participate in my life. I hadn't spoken to them in over a year because of their lack of respect at my grandfathers funeral. I'm gonna miss my sister and niece and nephews. fuck God but I be praying she comes around. I'd do anything for her not to feel this way. 


family isn't everything. 
you can't force love. 
people will make up their minds about you
create perspectives about your character 
and loyalty.  some will do ANYTHING to avoid blemishes on their ego

Some opinionated slander for Chimping. They started to lose me in the boring crowd. All that campy pretentious shit loses my interest immediately. But last week, I finally listened to their albumand man it was worse than I thought. I'll listen to it again but it was tough to sit through. Sonically it was Singing regurgitated clichés about whores, jokers and muses like they just discovered Tom Waits. Im sorry but its obvious that he is not that lyricist. its like when i read Bukowski and get "inspired" and i think I'm writing a good poem but in reality i havent touched my typewriter in two months and I'm just being a whiny drunk prick looking in a thesaurus. Even this album annoys me.  I know they tried to write this album broke and had been living in hotel different parts of Texas country and it sounds like it. weird. Yeah, I could go raw dog some studio time and complete some songs. But the songs would suffer and then we would suffer everytime one revisited them. The lyrics are final straw for me. Just fucking hard-core high school Cornball shit. "I used to be good but now I'm bad". PLEASE. DONT. When they would sing about drinking the night away and falling for cute art school girls. It felt honest. I knew they matured and i knew i am looking at m
talent differently than i did in 2011.I'm gonna try to listen to it again but I'm not even sure why. And to make it even worse, I've listened to "know of" about four time now while babbling my over-opinionated bullshit and its not it either. I thought it was a remix of any grouper song in the beginning. While I sound like a dumb ass music critic wannabe bitch. you know. Stay a two piece. I found out what a chorus pedal is solely cause of this band. I still fucking hate chorus pedals.That show in Dallas in 2020 was so much fun. We were in our late 20s early 30s and we were lucky enough to be able to live in that moment. And fucking "porcelain" is one of my fav covers ever. When I hung out with them in Austin a few years later, they were so nice and we talked music and they signed my cast. I absolutely love this band. Just a bud touring making music they love and appreciating the oppurtunity. They were on iconic labels. Texas is funny and Slacquer recods And eveytime ive seen em live they are fucking solid professionals.They proved to us we too could make it happen and we dont want to. I own all I just ranted about. But I guess now IM even more weary to listen the last two ModesT Mouse albums I've avoided giving a chance. Chimping plays Austin for sure. We will be there. I hope I haven't bitched myself into a grumpy old man incapable of having a good time.I just know what songs I can go pee during now.
