新乐府|评弹
以当代爵士音乐的思维方式和作曲技法呈现江南评弹，曲目包括《情探》、《莺莺操琴》、《道情》、《书房自叹》、《天涯歌女》《义激陈琏》等评弹经典唱段。上海评弹团副团长、评弹大师高博文、“丽调”传承人陆锦花倾力加盟，将传统评弹艺术进行了音乐上的革新，使之融入到世界通用的音乐语言中，以爵士乐的和声色彩、复合节奏、和即兴演奏的方式为基调，让古老的评弹艺术与当代的世界音乐语言相互包容、倾听，对话，建立一种在中国独一无二的跨界艺术。
China Music House| Pingtan Opera
As one of the most well-known traditional storytelling forms in China, Pingtan was included in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The older generations is doing their best to preserve this antique art form, which can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty of ancient China.
China Music House| Pingtan Opera presents Pingtan Opera from South China with the method of jazz music, items including classic Qingtan（情探）, Yingyingcaoqin（莺莺操琴）, Daoqing（道情）, Shufangyedu（书房夜读）, Tianyagenv, Yijichenlian（义激陈琏）, etc. It’s our honour to cooperate with GAO Bowen, experienced Pingtan artist, deputy head of Shanghai Pingtan Group and LU Jinhua, inheritor of Li Melody. They’ve completed a wonderful music revolution ,and built a bridge between traditional Pingtan Opera and World Music languages, creating a new conversation which shows us brand-new artistic inspiration.

   The most imaginative ones play with the most traditional materials, this is the first album of 【China Music House｜ Traditional Opera Remix】. Now，it has become a unique performing art, contains “slow, small, thin, soft, elegance”of Kunqu Opera, WuNong soft language of Pingtan, melody art of Cantonese Opera, “singing, dialogue, acting, acrobatic combat” of Beijing Opera. The four outstanding electronic music producers of different distinguished characters L+R, ZHI16, FLY and Jason Hou have built up a splendid electronic Chinese opera world ever.

池馆苍苔一片青。
不到园林，怎知春色如许？

朝飞暮卷，云霞翠轩，
雨丝风片，烟波画船。
锦屏人忒看的这韶光贱！
(Narrate) Entering the garden, we are greeted by painted corridors falling into desuetude.
Nearby a pavilion, overgrown with moss.
Without visiting the garden, how could we ever have known the glory of spring?
(Sing) A riot of carmine and violet blooms,
though only dry wells and crumbling walls bear witness. 
The day is fine, the scene splendid;
but joy and contentment are not gifts granted lightly. 
Petals soaring, furling, morning and night; the rosy clouds, the emerald pavilions.
Raindrops in a breeze, waves shrouded in mist, a painted boat on the water.
For the woman in her boudoir, how humbling the beauty of spring!

杜丽娘与柳梦梅，陈妙常与潘必正，少年情事正是春梦一池。制作人陈伟伦从六百年昆曲最经典的《牡丹亭》与《玉簪记》中撷取六个完整唱段，用世界音乐讲述中国故事。古筝完美桥接Mix DJ领衔的【新乐府|昆曲】乐队与昆曲最中国的迤逦婉转，丰满层次，鲜明律动，将昆笛、生旦层层包裹，再如花朵般慢慢绽放，一时惊艳，正所谓，不到园林，怎知春色如许。借古萌新，《幽游》梦中。
    Telling China story with world music, producer Chen Weilun has selected 6 complete aria from The Peony Pavilion and The Jade Hairpin, which were top 2 classical pieces from the 600 years history of Kunqu Opera. When Guzheng perfectly connects most Chinese music presence of Kunqu with 【China Music House| Kunqu Opera】Band leaded by Mix DJ, it creates a brand-new sound space in which traditional Kunqu performance is covered by modern rhythm and then reborn from it with fresh vitality as a flower bloomed.

叹秦琼，大隋朝，家贫穷，年纪小，当差捕捉心思巧。
英雄冤屈为强盗，官长严刑实难熬，内堂且喜姑娘好，
到后来凌烟高阁，画图容，汗马功劳。
叹方卿，大明朝，家计贫，年纪小，多才入泮游痒早，
赃官冒逼坟粮事，亲戚远投路途遥，园中偏遇姑娘刁，
到后来扬眉吐气，方知晓是势利的功劳，势利的功劳。
Sigh for Qin Qiong, at the Sui dynasty, poor, young and captured by the official servant. 
With grievances wronged as robber, under cruel torture that was hard to bear, at the cella I was held. 
Later on at Lingyan Tower, drawing pictures, making distinct accomplishments. 
Sigh for Fang Qing, at the Ming dynasty, with poor family, young, versatile before entering school. 
Wronged by corruptive official for grave grain issue, travelling far away to relatives, but meeting Miss obstinate in the garden. 
Eventually, elated upon fulfillment, then I know the credit of the snobbish, the credit of the snobbish.

  爵士音乐家与评弹大师以即兴的发挥和严谨的艺术表达，解读碰撞、解读包容、解读共生的趣味，丝丝入扣，渗透听众的耳膜，完成【新乐府】从新奥尔良到苏州的北纬30度穿越之旅。七首作品历时四个月的推翻与重建，于2016年初在北京以48小时不间断的同期录音工作，随之飞跃大洋至荷兰后期再度创作，终呈现【新乐府｜评弹】这第一张爵士评弹专辑。吴侬软语的迷幻醇香，慵懒摇曳的变化冲突，是别样氤氲《腔调》。
   Based on extemporaneous play and precise artistic expression, Jazz musicians together with Pingtan artists, are explaining the crash, the tolerance, the symbiotic taste in their music. From New Orleans to Suzhou, this crossover journey of 30º North Latitude brings a gentle but deep sound to audience. 7 pieces of work, 4 months overthrow and reconstruction by artists, 48 hours non-stop simultaneous recording in Beijing early 2016, recreation by new joined Russian musician in Holland, today the first Jazz Pingtan Album of 【China Music House】finally born with proud. Just like silk meets velvet, when WuNong soft language* comfortably fitted into the western jazz tune, it creats an ORIENT SOUL in this marvellous album.
* WuNong soft language is an accent used in Pingtan, a traditional performing art with over 400 years history.
