Самое главное – обнаружить, как любовь, безопасность и чувство принадлежности ощущаются в теле. И усилить эти ощущения, напитать всё тело этим опытом.

Эта практика поможет тебе ощутить внутреннюю опору, наполниться ресурсом, укрепить нервную систему и создать основу для гармоничных отношений с собой и внешним миром.  

Практику можно делать сидя или лёжа, рекомендуется слушать в наушниках.
