Drawing inspiration from rhythm-driven styles such as UK Funky, Gqom, and Dancehall, WRACK transforms these influences into something unmistakably his own. Through percussive beatwork and melodic, atmospheric synth layers, he elevates the sound far beyond imitation, achieving a unique musical identity that feels both global and deeply personal.

The title track “Nika” embodies this approach, filled with diverse sonic elements rooted in global club culture, it defies easy categorization. Yet underneath the surface lies WRACK’s signature sense of rhythm and sound design, infused with a distinct temperature and tension that only his music carries. Tribal yet minimal, it stands as a masterfully refined and immersive work.

The EP also features two remarkable remixes. From Toulouse, France, Kaval delivers a floor-ready killer tune that highlights the percussive drive of the original while adding his own fluid, dance-focused groove. Meanwhile, Tokyo-based producer NirBorna offers a deeper, more introspective, and emotionally charged rework, expanding the EP’s sonic depth and scope even further.
