honestly I'm at a loss of words for anything.

yall boys who struggling hmu i use to be sad asfk like ugly looking, terrible condition, bad mental state and, depressed i use to listen to this crying every night knowing i was so defensive-less i couldn't help myself my life was so shit, barely had motivation but i had little motivation so i use it to work out with dumbbells and pushups for like 10 minutes daily, it was always not consistent i even had told my gf atm that I couldn't keep up with this idk if I had the motivation those where my exact words but point is as time passed slowly i saw little progress and before i knew it i loved my body then soon loved myself. this took 2 years, 2 years to get myself together and to be something in this society where it sucks to see other people so deep in their emotions, feeding to their own mind and body that their useless, defective would contribute to nothing in life except trying to seek validation from the wrong people just so they could temporarily feel better for themselves
