The song inspired by my all-time fav dead-daddy, the one and only Bertrand Russel, who taught me the conquest happiness is a simple game of curiosity and kindness—for example, when he was asked to outline the advice he would give to future generations, circa 1959:

I have identified what I misut relaase to embrace a new way of thinking and now I am bringing i to fruition in my personal life. I am connecting to those who make me feel good. Now is a point where I am aligning myself to make myself feel good from the core.  I am realizing the full implications of the past, and you appreciate the lessons learned from the experience. I'm able to recognize the value of the painful experience in the broader scheme of things. I am working to focus my attention on my innermost feelings. the ones ive been putting off to the side while accomplishing so much in the external wurld.... I am discovering the emotions stored in my subconscious mind and how these emotions affect me. Through this work, I'm gaining a stronger sense of control over my emotional well-being so that my feelings don’t steer me away from living my best fucking life(!)
