In this episode, I chat to Shuranjeet, who founded Taraki. He's joined by Simi, who helps run the Punjabi Women's Forum. Taraki and the Punjabi Women's Forum are organisations with the aim of creating spaces for Punjabi communities to embrace discussions surrounding mental health. Here, we discuss the most common causes of distress, why there's still a stigma against mental health in the community, and what we can do to improve it.
