A lil insight into what this song is about (its a bit deep lmao): 

Its purely based around anxiety and how it can feel that no matter how many times people tell you to "just do it" or "get over it" it feels like you just cannot do it and it feels like nothing will ever change and everyone's just going about their lives but you're just stuck. The reason I called it 'I'm not brave' is because anxiety makes you feel like you're not brave because the things that are easy for some people seem 10 times harder for you.
