Inspired by reading The Wizard of the Crow by Ngugi wa Thiong'o  (read it it's awesome). There is a scene where the despotic leader is ranting at the skulls of his defeated enemies in a special room where he keeps trophies of his conquests.  This thought of being traumatized by fighting the battle made me write a song about what I would say to my own trauma.
