Forest Green's mix - from Urban Wasteland's Cranium Renegade - 11_11_2000 - Oakland, CA. November 11th, 2000 has - Cranium at a full on ug rave renegade at the Port of Oakland where all the new cranes are now. It was a full on construction site at the time! There were like 1000 plus ravers all gathered out there raving full steam - from night to dawn! I could not believe it did not get busted or rolled up on, but 2000 was still the magical times of the Underground and raves for sure! I kept pinching myself to make sure I was not dreaming! Total Dream renegade rave of 2000 - by Urban Wasteland and so many other crews helped including Cloudfactory and FnF and many ravers! <3 Here is my live vinyl mix for that night - some breaks and techno in this one. Unison !!! - Late Night Techno Set

The Unison parties have been one of the rare silver linings to the decade length year known as 2020. Last August, for Unison 4, I streamed an hour of spacey, ravey, acidy beats, but then kept the mix going for another hour or so because I had a bunch more new music I wanted to hear. 

As a side note, I'm a little late getting this posted. My general goal is to post a mix each month, so this is the mix for August. September's mix from one of my happy hours will be up soon, too!

8ball - Unison 4 - August 2020 (Director's Cut)

Jade (aka ChlorAmor, aka Grace Dangerous) has been DJing a variety of house, techno, and chill music for more than two decades. She got her start in the San Francisco Bay Area underground rave scene as a member of several collectives, including Cloudfactory, Predawn, Epiphany, and Friends 'n' Family. In recent years, she has been involved with and played regularly for Unison, Rhythm Society, Frolic, Chillits (she's a core member of the group that throws Chillits each year), and other groups and events. Her style is heavily influenced by Ellen Ferrato and the many Saturday nights in the late '90s and early '00s she spent dancing at The Stud in San Francisco while Ellen and the other Sugar residents laid down the smoothest grooves in town.

Unison creates celebrations of generosity through creativity and community.
