After 24 years of living in Portland, Greg has accepted a new role as Director of Communications & Advocacy at a HIV/AIDS service organization in Atlanta. We were all shocked by this news, but we’re also thrilled for Greg and the positive steps he’s taking in his life. 

This Chocolate & Caramel episode serves as a goodbye for one of Portland’s most prominent social justice activists. We take a stroll down memory lane, revisiting some of our favorite protests, and the lessons learned from Portland’s activism scene. 

This will not be the last we hear from Greg. Chocolate and Caramel will be going on a brief hiatus — as Cameron is also getting adjusted to a new role as Interim Executive Director at Q Center — but stay tuned for bi-coastal C&C episodes with Cameron and Greg!
