Hiraya is dedicated to the progress in women’s movement, its history, and the allies, serving as an inspiring vision of the future; a call-to-action for the future generations to continue the fight for sexual and reproductive rights of all.

Hiraya is one of the 13 tracks in Pasya Music Album written, performed, arranged, and produced by La Loba Negra. The song is mixed by Calix with additional instrumentation by Pat Sarabia.

Pasya Music Album is part of the decriminalization of abortion campaign in the Philippines that is made possible by Women's Global Network for Reproductive Rights in collaboration with Filipino Freethinkers and Philippine Safe Abortion Advocacy Network, and with support from Safe Abortion Action Fund and Abortion Conversation Projects.
