Just days before the election, Juanita and Grecia take a moment to reflect on what has been a crazy, anxiety-inducing, sometime heart-wrenching, sometimes wonderful, and always surprising year. They talk with canvassers and first-time voters about what Election Day will mean to them, and JAM and G bust a few common myths about things that will and will not happen at the polls.

Juanita and Grecia try to come to terms with the election of Donald Trump, and talk about where we go next. They also take time to celebrate some of the biggest wins from the election, from Catherine Cortez Masto, the first Latina to be elected to the United States Senate, to Adriano Espaillat, the first Dominican-American and the first formerly undocumented person to be elected to Congress. Most importantly, Grecia and Juanita remind us to take care of ourselves and our loved ones right now, remember that we are all in this together, and be ready for the fight. We've been through worse before, and we're not going anywhere.

Juanita discusses the latest information on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, and what organizations like the National Immigration Law Center are suggesting for people looking to apply to or renew their DACA status.
