This battle has been in mind since the start of the project so I'm happy to be able to share it at last. After Kris and Noelle make their way onto the Duke's Courthouse alone, right before they make their way to the fountain, Crayollus bursts out of the ground and catches both of them off guard, talking about how he miraculously gained his new form. The gimmick of the fight is that you have to repeatedly snowgrave Crayollus to weaken him. At the end of the fight he still
wins and gets to rip the SOUL out of Kris' chest. But when he does that, the power is way too much for him and after the screen flashes white he's on the ground all melted and goopy like an amalgamate, rambling incoherently and manically about his freedom and escaping to a better world. After a bit Noelle gets up and casts Snowgrave one last time to put him out of his misery. He breaks out again but when he does that, he dies with the unused red mist animation from chapter one. Fun!
